Complementary Therapy
We have midwives who are trained to provide reflexology and aromatherapy. They provide an induction of labour clinic that your midwife can refer you to if you are over your due date. During this treatment, a combination of reflexology zone techniques and aromatherapy will be used to try to stimulate labour and avoid the need for medical induction of labour.
We also provide a Moxibustion clinic which is a complementary therapy that can encourage a baby to turn from the breech position to a normal head-down position.
These treatments are free of charge and can be arranged by your midwife.
